What days do you offer In-Store Pickup?
In-Store Pickup is available every day except Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
What is the cutoff time for In-Store Pickup?
All orders received at before 4PM are eligible for same day In-Store Pickup.
What if I place my order after the cutoff time?
All In-Store Pickup orders placed after 4PM will be available when we open the following morning. In-Store Pickup orders placed outside of our normal business hours will be available two hours after we open the following business day.
How long does it take to process my order?
In-Store Pickup orders are completed within 2 hours of receiving. We will send a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready. Customers must wait for this email confirmation before picking up their orders. Once notified, customers may pick up their orders any time before our stores close for the day.
How much does In-Store Pickup cost?
Our In-Store Pickup service is FREE. Customers simply pay for their items online, with no additional fees applied.

Do my online orders qualify for your Fivestar and Frequent Buyer programs?
Yes. All orders placed through our website automatically earn loyalty points. Eligible food and litter purchases will also receive frequent buyer benefits. Please set up your online account using the SAME name and email address that you use for your Fivestar Rewards Program. Then we will make sure your points are accurately tracked in our system and applied to your account. They'll be ready and waiting for you to use the next time you shop in the store. However, they will not appear in your online account at this time.
